Refund and Cancellation

We do have pretty easy and straightforward refund & cancellation policies. 

We will issue a full refund back to your original payment method used IF AND ONLY IF:

- Your order gets lost while in transit.  You may also opt for a resend.  Resends will take 3-7 days, just like placing a new order.

- You received an incorrect item, size, style, etc..  In this situation, we will require you to send a photo.  You may also opt for a resend.  Resends will take 3-7 days, just like placing a new order.

- You received a damaged item.  We will require you to send a proof of damage.  You may also opt for a resend.  Resends will take 3-7 days, just like placing a new order.

- If your order is delayed (more than 10 days) due to reasons we have no control of like postal delay or COVID restrictions, we will issue a compensation store credit in the form of a coupon code.

We will NOT issue a refund if:

- After a few days of placing the order, you have changed your mind.

- After a few days of placing the order, you decided to change the style, size, etc..

- You have entered an incorrect shipping address or any misspelled info resulting in a failed delivery.

CANCELLATION

We are happy to cancel orders within 24 hours from order placement, because during this stage, it's still under review.  If it's 2 days or over, that means your order has been dispatched or already in transit, and cancellation is no longer possible.
